Samantha leads the MSD Ireland country leadership team, with responsibility for driving the company’s strategic, commercial and operational performance in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
With more than 16 years’ experience at MSD, Samantha has built a senior leadership career across multiple divisions and international markets. She brings deep expertise in navigating complex health
systems, leading large multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable impact for patients. Her career spans senior leadership roles in oncology, women’s health and market access, alongside significant experience in supply chain and global project management, giving her a strong end to end understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, from development and access through to delivery of medicines at scale.
Samantha plays a central role in shaping the company’s contribution to healthcare in Ireland. She works closely with key stakeholders across the health ecosystem to address unmet medical need and improve outcomes for patients in Ireland and beyond.
