Lisa is in her current role TCP Homecare since 2021. She is a qualified registered Oncology Nurse who also holds a qualification in marketing, sales and communications.
She has more than 20 years’ professional experience as an oncology nurse in the acute care arena and within the pharma and homecare industry.
Lisa is responsible for driving clinical excellence and leading out on the implementation of innovative infusion services for cancer patients outside of the acute hospital setting (community oncology outreach clinics). She is a passionate advocate for clinical homecare within cancer services and over the past 3 years has led out on two successful oncology outreach pilot clinics with two major teaching hospitals in Ireland. These pilots saw the referral of over 700 patients to the outreach clinics and resulted in the safe delivery of almost 4,300 patient treatments in the community and out of the acute hospital.L
Lisa’s strategic vision is to work with key stakeholders and drive meaningful change to ensure long term sustainable delivery of cancer services in the non-acute hospital to those patients who are clinically suitable to be treated via this model of care.
