Miriam is an experienced patient advocate with a particular interest in fast and fair access to cancer treatments and driving increased access to clinical trials. Miriam is a co-founder and chair of UCAN Ireland, leads Melanoma Support Ireland and sits on the Cancer trials Ireland PCC. She also sits on the governance board of St Vincent’s Hospital Cancer Centre and chairs the Patient Advisory board. Miriam is a stage IV melanoma survivor.
